How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at InTheStyle?

Took a few days for them to respond to my email but have not responded to the one I sent on 20/11/20

Not easy at all. My daughter had to go thru Twitter and Instagram as my numerous emails were ignored. Very rude unprofessional company. Good luck.
