We do not direct bill any insurance company, but you would want to pay for your order online first and ask us for a copy of your invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for a reimbursement.

Answer:
We offer a lens replacement service for frames that were purchased from us before. If not, unfortunately we do not work for them, for on the rare occasion that eyeglasses are damaged during production, we are not able to replace them.
