Not. You will never get customer service whether over the phone or on line

It's impossible. No call backs, no return emails
It's a scam

Impossible have called several times no results, have emailed several times no results they claim they are there to help don't think so.

I had no trouble getting ahold of anyone, just no one has corrected the issue.

Very hard. Could not get ahold of anyone in customer service.

Horrible put on hold so you leave a message no one calls you back tried repeatedly to do changes on line site got hung up on email and I couldn't do anything

Your call is usually answered quickly, but the service support is only as good as the rep you speak with at a given time.
