How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Greekgear.com?

You cannot call them. They do not have a phone number. When I filled out their contact form I received emails from Express Design Group at smile@inarush.com. They responded quickly but there seemed to be a disconnect. Never heard from "greekgear.com"
