Is there any class action lawsuits against them?

There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

I am having the same problem. Glasses broke after 3 months while sitting. Terrible company and looks like I am out 253 dollars. You can't reach them
