Good luck with that John! This is the most horrible company I've ever dealt with. Lesson learned to do my research before ordering. I ordered because a you tuber I watch recommended them. In my experience, three weeks. Long wait but worth it. Love the glasses and the Rx is spot on. Not my experience with other eyeglass shops.

1-4 days processing, 1-3 quality check, 1-2 days delivery process, then delivery time I paid for 1-3 days. So about 2 weeks or more

If you ware waiting for them to refund your money for defective eyeglasses that you return to them, infinity or the endof time is a good guess for when you'll get the refund.

It took over two weeks to get mine. I had no idea they would be made in Thailand. That's why shipping wasn't quick!

I have always received my glasses and updates.   It usually takes 2 weeks for me to receive, one time it took 3 weeks.

As far as I can tell you'll never get them they'll just give you fake update emails over and over for these magical "steps" the glasses go through.

John, from my experience it takes them 3 times as long as they tell you it will.
