It just works. Simple user interface. You can just "set it and forget it". Maybe the best online tool I have ever encountered.

JBidWatcher stopped working and is out of business.

Gixen's service is so easy to use and so comprehensive that I've never been able to find a similar service that comes close... at any price. Yet, Gixen's fee puts it in range of just about any eBAY shopper... even the most casual user. For those who take the time to investigate the comparative benefits, Gixen is guaranteed to come out the clear winner.

It works great and is continually improving and adapting to changes in Ebay.

I can't remember exactly, but at the time I was researching, read lots of reviews on the different options and went with the one that was most recommended. Usually I use which?', Martin Lewis' forums etc to research companies, avoiding those who declare kickbacks from the companies they review.

I discovered Gixen years ago when another service I was using raised their rates significantly. It was just luck that led me to Gixen but it's been nothing but a positive experience. I've never had any problems with Gixen and there is an option of using their free platform or their very reasonably priced service with a low annual fee. Highly recommend Gixen.

It's free and works on donations. I paid for it one year as I used it a lot.

Originally, I tried Gixen due to the price of his service. (very economical for what you get). My reasoning NOW is still PRICE but it also includes Reliability... I am not going anywhere elae...

Tried several services and had bid failures. With Gixen mirror service no failed bids have happened.

I chose Gixen primarily because they provide service on both primary and backup servers. A consideration was the free service offered, but after multiple successes I invested in a VERY low cost 2-year subscription that is much cheaper than other services. Can't beat $4 per year with 100% success on every snipe.
