Is Gaiaonline being sued? I heard this somewhere?

This must of happened when Derek Liu sold the site to the greedy jack ass that almost destroyed the site. Chances are he did because back in December 13th, 2016, Derek Liu gained ownership of the site once again and has been making repairs and etc.
