Sorry, don't know. I have never called them. My dog loves their food. Orders come quickly and well packed.

I found Cx to be great. Very short hold time, if any. Very courteous & knowledgeable of the products.

Never a long wait time fur Customer Service. Remember, they give each Customer adequate time to ask all questions. This is important to me, knowing if I have three questions to ask they give accurate answers.
