I'd like to know what in the world has become of my beloved USA? LOOK at the reviews to this company. HOW can a company with this poor of reviews remain in business? These are exactly the people that ARE DESTROYING the once awesome country that the USA used to be. Being a part of this mess is one thing when you haven't a choice but when I DO HAVE A CHOICE MY CHOICE IS TO NOT BUY PARTS THROUGH CARID.COM EVER NOT EVEN 1 TIME WILL I RISK HARD EARNED MONEY TO KNOWN AND PROVEN THEIVES. Thank you sitejabber... I will put out the extra money and buy my parts from pep boys. That way if I have a problem I can just walk into the store to return the item. This site is a God send because I was just about to place my order on CARid.com

I have similar thoughts and will help spread the word. This company s business m8del does not place customer satisfaction at the proper Level. I just had a situation where the billing dept overturned a customer service decision to issue a credit due to their mistake. Their customer service manager supported the billing dept and admonished the agent for making the proper decision in my case... symptomatic of senior manager business philosophy... his choice. Mine is not to buy here... just placed a nice order with Rock Auto.
