I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.

Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
