I am still waiting for delivery of my first but reviews I have just read suggest I will not be pleased. What's your return policy?

It depends on the item. Shoes are returnable for the first 30 days. Socks are not accepted once the packaging is opened.

I know you need to send them back in 30 days in new condition. I missed the deadline because I needed to travel before I had a chance to wear them. Now I'm stuck with shoes I will never wear.
