Impossible. I was given a run around for 3 weeks. There are people to answer but they pretend to take care of your issue. Always a run around before you talk to someone. They want you to give up trying to call them.

1st dibs is a total rip off how can anyone bid on a item, when you can't even talk to anyone in customer service, you have to E-Mail them, sometimes they answer, and sometimes they don't

Impossible. Do not use this website unless you want to be bombed by emails daily. I do not want their service and is impossible to drop out. What a nightmare!
